Active for Life

Our Active for Life classes are designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. It’s never too late to enhance your health and energy! Join us in a fun, social, and safe environment where you’ll participate in tailored exercise sessions focused on functional strength, balance training, and fall prevention.

Every Tuesday at 11.45 am & Thursday at 10 am or 11 am

 

PhysioCore

PhysioCore classes incorporate the principles of Pilates, making them suitable for all levels. Experience the benefits of increased muscle strength and tone, particularly in your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and buttocks. This class is perfect for enhancing core strength and improving overall functional fitness.

Every Wednesday at 5:45 pm & Saturday 8 am

 

Youth Performance Program

Our Youth Performance Program is tailored for aspiring young athletes. These classes focus on developing essential skills and attributes, laying the foundation for well-rounded and injury-free athletes. Participants will see improvements in overall performance and athleticism, preparing them for future success in sports.
