Sidney’s passion for performance and psychological resilience is informed not only by her clinical training but also by her personal experience in strength sports. She has been weightlifting since 2013, powerlifting since 2019, and became a personal trainer in 2019 — experiences that deepen her understanding of motivation, discipline, growth, and psychological recovery.
