Remedial Massage Therapist

Aline specialises in deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release with a special interest in improving athletic performance and correcting posture.

Aline’s journey of chronic back pain inspired her to pursue a career in health. She first completed a diploma in Kinesiology before graduating as a Remedial Massage Therapist with the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy, earning an Excellence Award for her work on piriformis syndrome.

Aline believes in a truly holistic approach to health, with a strong focus on rectifying musculoskeletal conditions to restore optimal function. Her strong ethics and focused approach help her achieve excellent results in the treatment of headaches, back and neck pain, muscle tightness and in the fields of injury recovery and chronic pain management. Aline also works alongside Principal Physiotherapist, Josh Meyer, as part of the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) golf program to assist with athlete high performance and injury prevention.

Aline’s passion is to help everyone achieve their full potential and live a life worth living. She equally enjoys working with top athletes, busy mums, weekend warriors or office workers – every journey is unique.

Aline is new to the sunny Gold Coast and loves the outdoors, especially bushwalking and running. She is also passionate about functional training, tennis, tai chi and salsa dancing. If you want to know more about Aline – check out her personal web page here.
