Adam Shaw

Senior Physiotherapist

Adam graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2013 after completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree.  He has recently advanced his clinical knowledge and skills by completing a Post Graduate Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy degree at La Trobe University. Adam has a keen interest in treating lower limb injuries as well as complex neck and low back pain.

Further to this, he has additional training in the areas of dry needling, pilates and persistent pain management. Adam also has an interest in golfing injury prevention and management and has completed additional training through the Titleist Performance Institute.

Having grown up in a sporting rich environment, he understands the pressures that weekly training and competition can place on the body, together with the importance of injury prevention and optimising recovery time. Adam can assist you to achieve your goals and improve quality of life by incorporating the latest clinical based evidence to formulate treatment strategies using manual therapy techniques and exercise-based rehabilitation programs to allow you to return to your maximum level of function.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing golf, competing in triathlons and travelling. He is an avid follower of rugby league, cricket and surfing.
