We are excited to announce our amazing PT, Alexandra Kierdorf is now offering Yoga classes on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
This class will suit beginners to advanced, and lots of options for levels will be given. Yoga is great to build physical strength, core stability, mobility, flexibility and balance but will also nourish your mind and be a great way to de-stress.
Alex gives plenty of assistance and if you are a bit nervous or you have never tried anything like it before, we always say that yoga is a journey, not a destination!
Class are $20 and run for 1 hour.
