Pilates Class with Kelly

Our Wednesday Pilates classes with Therese Fossheim have been so popular we will now be offering Saturday morning classes. Small classes on Saturdays will be run by Kelly Meddings.
Therese and Kelly are both qualified Physiotherapist, so classes are health fund rebatable.

Your core is the control centre of your body. Pilates improves your strength, stability, and posture heightening your awareness and allowing your body to work at its optimal level.

This class is very focused on teaching you good technique and control so you can apply your knowledge to your daily activity and exercise. The level is set for beginners to intermediate, however higher difficult levels are shown as options.

Come along on Wednesdays with Therese and/or Saturdays with Kelly.
