Running Interval & Technique Training

In this very friendly session we start with running technique drills and then go into intervals. This interval session is based on the intervals that we prescribe for people following metabolism and VO2max testing.

Whether you are training your body to burn fat faster or training for a marathon, all levels are very welcome. These sessions are structured in such a way that caters for every level of pace, with each person working at an intensity that suits them.

Being a friendly bunch we also meet for a well deserved coffee after our session.
