What shoes should you be wearing
Strength and mobility exercises to help your running technique

Duration: 7am-9am (2 hours)
Cost: $50 per person – pay on the day.
Location: Somerset Park Athletics Track, Swanton Drive, Mudgeeraba.
What to bring: Running shoes and clothes, hat, sunscreen, drink and food.
How fit do I need to be? Total running distance will be about 3km including a voluntary warm up. The workshop is aimed at all levels and ages of runners and you will only need a basic level of fitness to get the full running technique experience.
